Having been in the web industry for a number of years, I have found my focus to be in front end web development. This includes the following skills:

• XHTML/CSS
• Email Development
• Javascript/jQuery

The challenge of creatively building a template, with minimal code and maximum flexibility, keeps me motivated to create new ideas and better ways to develop. Front end web development is only one step in the process, however, it can make or break the success of an online project. Adhering to web standards and producing valid code is vital in getting positive results. Proper technique is crucial for working with other technologies, and being flexible to adapt to new ones down the road.

These are not the only skills I have as a web professional, I also have experience with creative design, php, working with a CMS and project management. All of these skills have been important in producing efficient, quality work, while working with other departments effectively.

Vision

My vision is to collaborate with other web professionals to develop successful online projects. My belief is that working as a team is the best road for success. At the beginning of a project, I always look for individuals who have a passion for online development/design and posses the expertise to help execute a successful project. This structure builds good business relationships and introduces new ones that continuously push me to stay on top. At the end of a project, I can step back and see my growth. In doing this, I know that I've worked with the best team and have released a successful project.
